Shipping policy
Order Processing:
Lillyscosmetics.store is closed on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Domestic Shipping Policies:
Economy Shipping: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to arrive. Orders placed Monday through Friday prior to 12PM PST will ship same day. Orders placed after 12PM will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or an observed holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Standard Shipping: Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to arrive. Orders placed Monday through Friday prior to 12PM PST will ship same day. Orders placed after 12PM will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or an observed holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US: Orders traveling to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via UPS Ground. Orders traveling to Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands can only be shipped via FedEx SmartPost and may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
Shipping to an APO/FPO address: Orders traveling overseas must ship via FedEx SmartPost and may take approximately 4 to 8 weeks to arrive.
Shipping Confirmation: A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at time of order. Please track your shipment as Lillyscosmetics.store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Free Shipping Promotion: Standard shipping is free for orders of $30 or more before tax. Unfortunately, orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are ineligible for this promotion.
